Terms and conditions
This is a webshop. Sometimes Beautiful Snail appears in events and live shops and backyards, if you wish, or even if you don’t. All our prices includes VAT 24 %. Somewhere very deep is of course company, Raudikko Ruuna tmi (VAT number 26898461).
We deliver to Finland and other European countries. If you want to order our wonderful products to somewhere else, let’s see how we could work that out.
Oh, almost forgot. We may change prices of products and delivery, and we have all the rights to do so. Sorry. But we’ll inform you about that of course.
You know how that works. Add all the nice products to your virtual shopping cart and by them. If you actually want us to send your order to you, you must give us some info about yourself, and we keep that information to ourselves. Tightly. Information you give, will be used only to deliver your order or contact you, if there’s something that reguires contacting. If so, we’ve likely messed up something, sorry.
When you confirm your order, we assume that you know what you’re doing and that you’ve red this page. If not, you’re anyway engaged to our terms and conditions and other rules. But don’t worry, there’s nothing abnormal. Maybe.
You must pay, and, Bambora helps you with it. You have many possibilities, and Bambora will tell you more about those at the end of this page. Have fun.
When your order is done, you’ll get a confirmation e-mail to that e-mail address you gave. If there’s something else weird than our products, contact us asap.
Delivery and costs
If you live in Finland, shipping costs you 5,90 euros, unless you “want it all” and shop with over 80 euros, then it’s free of charge. And if you are unlucky and don’t live in Finland, please consider moving here. In the meantime you’ll pay 15 euros from shipping. It’s less than our expenses of that, but we’ll live with it.
If product information doesn’t tell otherwise, we’ll pack your order ready to go in three days betweeen Monday and Friday. To be honest, probably we’ll do that in one day and during weekends too, but don’t count on it, we may actually have a life someday.
Please understand, that life can happen. Life includes for example sickness, holiday trips, Christmas, days you have work to do for 40 hours, weddings, birthdays, funerals, tornados, power failures, loooooong phonecalls from your mother, and all other things you can imagine, that can prevent us serving you well and that can delay sending your order. Please forgive us. We try to inform you about these in our front page and Facebook, but sometimes tornados and mothers can strike unexpectedly. We take no responsibility about those force majeure -situations, dealys they can cause or indirect inconvenience that delays can cause. But of course, if you are very upset, don’t hesitate to contact us. Please hesitate to vomit your bad feelings to social media, it’s not very mature, but as you wish.
Terms of returning and changing the products
Becouse we work in Finland, we’ll work with Finnish laws. That means, all our customers have a right to change or return the whole orders or parts of it within 14 days of the delivery. That’s based on a law about consumerism of Finland. This right concerns only unused and intact products with their original package.
If you wish to change or return your order, send emal email@example.com. If we’re not answering or your message flies in universe of bits, please yell us in Messenger of somewhere.
When you return your order, be so kind and attache your name and contact information to it. If you’ve made your purchase through the webshop, we’ll return your money by Bambora. Otherwise, your account number would be nice too.

It’s ok to change your mind, but if there’s nothing wrong with the product, customer pays the costs of returning. If there’s something wrong with the product or if we feel nice enough, we of course compensate the costs of returning for the customer, but only according to the cheapest way of delivery, if nothing else is agreed. Please don’t just “forget” to pick up your order. Yes, it will return to us that way, but it’s
fu very expensive and that kind of action is not considered as contacting us abot returning the order. It’s cheaper for you to pick it up and then just send it us back, and don’t forget to contact us! We are nice and friendly little snails, just a bit introverts.
If you face some problems
If problems don’t have nothing to do with our products or services, don’t open up about them for us. But if they do, we’ll appreciate if you contact us within 14 days from picking up your order, by email firstname.lastname@example.org. If delivery company, like Posti in Finland, has messed up, feel free to tell that to them too, but if, for example, your order sails unknown seas for a month, reclamation has to be mady by us.

Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. The Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Bambora. Bambora or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Bambora is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.
